I just sold my first FAA pillow a couple of days ago...

Two! One on January 1st and one Sunday

Had a ten day drought in there though

Only 2 on FAA so far this month :-(

January was a lousy month so far, 1 Greeting Card... :-(

I'm still actively marketing the site, but I'm working my other online and 'real world' options, too, where (for whatever reasons) I'm having more success. Such a crazy job, this is. :-/

23 - a variety of stuff, cards, phone cases, prints.

Only 2 so far this month. Large prints. Not too far from average though. I wish I didn't rely on this income. Next month I am shooting a wedding. If all goes well I will do more since a steady job is a haystack needle and not what I really want.
I wish my family still bought my work!. I need to make some prints and show them around. That had always worked for me.

only got 15, sales seemed to stop on the 22nd. hoping for something to end the month well, or that feb is better.

They only bought a 14" version. And they are framing it themselves.

Actually that is good, they might spend over $100 on the framing. LOL

Still doesn't count, I know. I upped my prices right after their purchase.

I am in line more or less with Bridgeman's prices.

None this month but actively marketing and hoping for a better month in Feb. or a surprise end of month sale for January. Congrats to those who have sold this month. :-)

15 here, which is a little low. I never expect much out of January, though. Sometimes I'm surprised and sell a whole bunch, this year is rather quiet. Doing really well at my other outlets, though, so there's that.

None here, but a few sales elsewhere online and one big one at the gallery. Kind of a letdown after December, but it's to be expected.

No sales on FAA in January but one of my acrylic paintings just sold at our local gallery.

Next best thing to none is one. I had one print sale thus far this month.

Everybody is doing so great, I am almost embarrassed to admit that I don't have anything sold since I started listing here on FAA ( I sold one to myself LOL )

Two sales this month, a small print and a large print.

3 sales, 1 pillow case, 1 huge 72x32 print (so far the largest I have sold here), and one smaller 40x18 of the same image. This is the pano of DC that I sold:

Hi all..... I am new to FAA and am wondering.... How are you marketing yourself to get these sales? Facebook? Other social media? Established client networks? Or are these "cold" sales? Thanks.

None. When I look at visitors to my site they are always from the same 4 or 5 areas. That can't be right, can it?

David, you are lucky, mine want them for free or a heavy discount.

I don't do any promotion, so I need a kick up the backside.

Heidi - you have to market yourself anywhere and everywhere and build up a following. It is a long process. As for tracking, we have no idea where the sales come from.

So far 0 in January. Had 3 print sales in last December. I am fairly new here and holding my hopes high.

I have not sold any. I do not have any skills in marketing. I am not even certain if my work is good enough to sell.

I've had 17: 14 prints, 2 cards, 1 case. Sales usually stay strong thru April as tax refunds roll in. I'll probably buy some art with some of mine.

No sales so far. :( But I am new to the site, just opened my profile in beginning of the month. Hope the next month brings some luck to me.
