There's a lot of nice art in this thread. I never liked "abstract art" when I was a kid. Many, many, many (ok I'll stop) years later, I find a lot of it very beautiful.

Hi Graham.......to post work into this discussion follow the below instructions....
1. go to the page in your portfolio with the image you want to post.
2. find the code ( halfway down on the right side and highlight all of it
3. copy it by holding down CTRL and the 'c' key
4. come into the discussion and open a comment box
5. either use CTRL and 'v' or right click your mouse and paste.
the code will show and when you submit the comment, it will turn into the image

Interesting method of "tossing" your camera for obtaining the abstract effect, (although it sounds dangerous for the camera). My idea was to take an exposure out the car window while traveling through Washington DC at night. This image was the result and came out EXACTLY as I wanted...
Using the same image (originally captured in 1971), I more recently manipulated pixels to convert the image from 2D to 3D. This version is a 3D stereo conversion which requires Red/Cyan filtered 3D glasses for perceiving depth...
The next version below is the same 3D stereo conversion image saved in a 3D stereo crossview format.
To View: Gently converge (cross) your eyes and focus on the middle image that appears while ignoring the outside. (Not everyone is successful with this method)...
