Description
This cat's name is Quigley, so I was going to title this "Mona Quigley" in reference to you know what. "Mona Lisa," of course. Quigley's owners had to remind me that "he was a male" so in consultation we decided to use the title as a reference to Lorenzo the Magnificent, Michelangelo's patron and leader of Firenze (Florence, Italy) during the Renaissance. And, of course, Quigley is magnifico. I've owned cats and dogs all my life and they've each had their own personality. Quigley's is one of intelligence; he's quizzical; he's handsome and knows it. He's a great cat. I hope he lives a long life. This desire on the face of it would seem a no-brainer, but Quigley's parents will laugh when they read this. It has a second meaning.
