Description

I found this guy/gal on the sea wall near the channel from Port A to the Gulf of Mexico. I was able to approach it slowly up to about 10 feet before it started showing any concern to my presence. When it finally got uncomfortable enough to take flight it only went about 10 feet before it settled back on the sea wall again.
