Indentations on your award? obviously meant to be a hammer... repairs maybe ? ..at one point perhaps in its long history nails were nailed and buildings built and art rose to even higher platforms .. er and hopefully its not been used as a weapon ... in which case wipe ya prints off b4 u pass it on ... lol

as i type with my left index finger, my right thumb is tactilely reading the engraved signatures of so many great artists. their true individually shines through as the light hits them.

(note; sorry for not capitalizing the appropriate words, that requires 2 index fingers to accomplish)..

i'll post a photo of this wonderful sculpture, once i determined the proper setting for it....in the meantime, i'll try to decipher the meaning, if any, for the lines and indentations on this piece.

Not to be maudlin, but I know I am....this fantastic award is like a warm blanket at this particular time.
