I had the opportunity the other day to meet Kathleen Bishop, a fellow FAA'er and photographer. We spent a lovely afternoon photographing birds at Gray Lodge Wildlife Area in north-central California. She is a delightful person and fabulous photographer. We were fortunate enough to discover a rookery where double-crested cormorants, great egrets, and great blue herons were all preparing for breeding season.
I can't wait to see the images she uploads from our outing!
That's awesome! I had the pleasure of meeting Debra & Dave Vanderlaan (another talented pair of photographers that are as nice as they are telented) on a plane ride once.Don't you love it when our big world becomes suddenly small? :-)
That is awesome. I bet you two made a great photographing pair ( not too many people you can tolerate when working ) & hopefully made a lifelong friend.
