Does Anyone Know The Eta Of :

I notice that new things are being implemented but old problems not fixed. The full resolution green square gives no information which I think could affect customer sales.

Thanks

Any speculation from the members of the time frame for implementation is basically a SWAG (Scientific Wild A$$ Guess). I have no idea.

I wish it were possible to temporarily disable the green box, on all images, until it's fixed. I agree that having it there, but not working, is a bad thing.

More and more, I'm thinking I should go through and disable it for all my images; especially since I've never seen anyone looking at my site use it, and I never use it when looking at other work here.

I use it all the time looking at other artwork and checking how mine looks too.

@Greg, too funny!!

Haha Greg that was good!

Wendy... you do not have to go through every picture. Go to: Default Settings and then Default Upload Settings.

Set your preferences there.

Hope that helps.

OK, it's not just me then. I've been wondering why my close-ups don't seem to be working lately.

Wendy,

Concur on just disabling it until it's fixed. It's intermittent at best. if I were a customer, it would deter me from a purchase. I would be concerned that if that doesn't work, what else might possibly go wrong with an ordered print.

Greg, agreed! Anything obviously 'broken' on a site might give a potential customer pause. If something's not working it should disappear from customer view. Bring it back when it's operational.

EricaMaxine, I'm wary of changing any of the default or global settings. Every time I've done so, I've inadvertently made changes I didn't intend to make. It's all too scary -- especially now, with so many changes in the wind.

Kathleen,

The "mouse-to-zoom" is a nice feature!
