I think it would be interesting to share each other our wonderful story with FAA.
Since I joined Fine Art America, in October 2010, I sold over 90 originals to buyers from all over the world ( U.S.A., Australia, Canada, U.K., Israel, Taiwan, New Zealand, France, Brazil, Switzerland, Romania etc. ). Most of these buyers found me on this fantastic site, which is FAA. If this has happened to you, too, please share.
These are some of my originals that were purchased by buyers who found my works here, on FAA :
Congratulations on your sales of your wonderful paintings, Warren, and thank you for sharing.
Dear Vivian, I had to search on google translate what ''grumpy'' means ... lol..... well, you didn't seem grumpy to me. :)
I painted this piece from a photo I took in Maui. A friend of the boat's owner saw it on FAA and bought the original as a surprise for them. It was a great experience and I felt that the painting truly had found its home.
Ruth, Genevieve, Jamie, Jenny and Monela, big congratulations on your sold originals.
I sold other 2 original oil paintings last week to a buyer from Louisiana, U.S.A. The wonderful thing is that this gentleman purchased other 2 of my originals in January this year. Now he wants other 2. It is such a good feeling when art collectors come back for other works ( and this happened quite often to me :)... These are the originals he purchased last week :
I finished today and sold three original paintings that were commissioned by a great patron from Louisiana, U.S., the same art collector that purchased last month the other floral original paintings of mine. These are the three coffee cups paintings that I just sold :
Sold another original oil painting today to the same art collector from Timisoara, Romania. After this lady received my ''Morning glory flowers'' original painting, she wants another painting of mine. This is it :
This is a good thread. It's great to see that originals are sold too. I myself have approached an artist on here as I would like to purchase one of his originals, but he has no idea of the shipping costs involved from America to the UK ..........I've elected to receive the painting unframed (20''x16''). Any of you wonderful American artists ever shipped originals to the UK, if so could you give me a ball park figure as to general shipping costs ?
