The last time I saw a beautiful and peaceful painting, It was one of Turners. You talented Artiste, this is amazing. F//L
Sandra Phryce-Jones replied:
Wow took me time to say thank you so much Maria, what a wonderful compliment it inspired me to commit to 3 paintings that I owed as thank yous, to folk and relatives whom I give my art too,it is very hard to make a living from ones art but looking at Turner and such brilliant artists they pop off before they are rich or their work becomes famous I have made my wages by commercial art and teaching I feel that this serves my life in society as a person whom can assist others to express themselves in art it is as rewarding a job as I can imagine as some times they are so elevated when they receive awards and sell and win prizes I feel elated for them

Sandra, This scenery is so beautiful! Winter in Bellinger Valley looks a lot like our late summer season when leaves begging to take on a bronze hue, and tall grass starts to turn a golden wheat color, as the green of mid-summer starts to fade away. Love this small meandering stream, winding its way out out view, and the long dark shadows stretching across the landscape. L&F
Sandra Phryce-Jones replied:
Thank you Doug the Bellinger river is shallow in parts but we do get sharks that bite and eels the river is about 20 mins drive from the ocean
Victoria Lisi

Sandra Phryce-Jones replied:

This is a masterpiece from color combinations, reflections, and dappling sunlight it leads my eye down the slow-moving river. I long to round the bend. Wonderful painting with such a connection to the earth. F/L
