Artist's Description
Homeless At The Crossing by Sabrina K. Wheeler
Homelessness is the condition of people without a regular dwelling. Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted 10 December 1948 by the UN General Assembly, contains this text regarding housing and quality of living: Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social...
About Sabrina K Wheeler
I was born in a small mountain town but spent most of my childhood in states surrounding Washington, D.C. I am now transplanted to the sunny state of Florida.
