Would Like To Share Specific Products.

Sean, I suspect this has probably been mentioned before and I apologize if this topic has already been exhausted ad nauseam, BUT I just would like to add it would be really awesome if we could select a product (i.e. throw pillows, tote bags or phone cases, etc.) and be able to share *that* image on our Facebook pages. I think being able to actually *see* the product would help boost sales for both parties involved (artists and FAA/Pixels). If you aren't above bribes....I am willing to have a cherry cheesecake sent special delivery to your office if you do this. Just saying....pretty please? :)

Are there any other artists out there that would like to see this feature added besides me?

You can do it on Pinterest with the pinterest add-on in firefox. I have a gallery of pillows, phone cases and now tote bags. ON facebook I just copy the link from the product page and post it.

Thanks Andrew. I just tried posting URL to my FB page and it doesn't show the product very well at all. :(

Facebook shows stuff the way Facebook wants to show stuff. There's nothing anyone who doesn't control Facebook can do about that.

Yes!
We need a sharing button on the edit page so that we can adjust the item to the way we want it to look, then share it on social media (like the 'pin' button)
FB cuts prints in half and shows pillows like they are prints with indented sides and tote bags like they are prints with 2 black appendages on top.

Facebook doesn't show prints well either. They are cropped. Post a screenshot of the product with a link.

I use buffer to post and it does a great job of showing the image. I believe that the problem is only the print thumbnail is a shareable image, pillows, duvets and the like are generated by a script and don't reside until generated by code and only then. Programs like buffer, heartit and the like saves the image for you and posts it so screenshots and cropping are not needed, I highly recommend using a third party app to save you time in your marketing and it looks much more professional.

Go to the product you want to share's image page.....print screen, paste that into the image editor of your choice and crop the bag and save it as a .jpg. Upload that to Facebook and link it to the product page...done!

Thanks....I'll play with it, but a button would sure make it easy peasy. :)

And what should visitors do to share some product they like?
