Faa Image Copyright Policy

Hi, I am interested in selling prints of my fine art images through FAA but am having trouble locating any information on image copyrights. Just want to confirm that all images uploaded to FAA are still legally owned by the artists. Thanks.

Welcome, Jessica. There are dozens of threads on this old subject already, try searching the discussions and enjoy the rabbit warren ride...

as for FAA and copyrights - you own the copyright of your images

Jessica... if you mean are you giving up your image rights to FAA.... NO.. you are not. All FAA can do with your image is fulfill customer orders of your image. There are no exclusive rights.. you can sell your images on other PODs if you'd like, as well as thru Galleries or art shows... etc.

Yes Jess. You own your images, FAA prints.

There is a lot of verbiage that basically means that they can print your work on several substrates and through their other domains.
Go "Behind the scenes" to see Pixels & FineArt England etc.

Here's a tip. If we had to give up copyrights to sell here, there might be five people here total.
