Is The Shopping Cart Widget Mobile And Ipad Friendly?

I am having a new website built and was wondering if the Shopping Cart Widget is now Mobile and iPad friendly? At good while back, I viewed it from cell phone and it would not let me scroll and see all the art. Most art purchases and buys are being purchased on cellular devices these days and I want to bring my site up to date.

If it is not yet mobile friendly, are there any plans in the future?
