If you're on a PC, you'll download the font, unzip it, then drag the files to your Windows/Fonts folder and they'll install. If you hundreds of fonts installed it can slow down your system. I keep mine organized by style in folders on another part of my computer, and then when I want a specific style I'll go through my saved fonts (you can preview them by double clicking on them) and choose what I want to install. But I have a bazillion fonts.
