Cell Phone Cover - How Can You Not Love This?

I agreed. Certain images take on a new life when placed on a product that freely moves through life. Images that might not look as good on the wall but are surprisingly cool on a product. I noticed this at a museum gift shop recently. Saw the painting on the wall, then saw it on a bunch of products in the gift shop and it took on a new life.

How do you transferr paintings to IPhone cases and to pillows

That is a seriously cute phone case, Sharon!! Edward, I like yours, too. I'm rethinking my involvement in phone cases (I haven't done any).

Do any of you create/modify images specifically to market for cell phone covers? If so how successful are you with them? I'll admit I am clueless when it comes this topic, my only phone is an old pre-paid flip phone and the people I spend time with either just have a solid color cover or none at all.

Mildred you go behind the scenes to bulk edit prices.and put in your prices for pillows and phone cases.

I have a gallery of cell phone cases but for the most part buyers are just selecting images they like and resizing. Its always a surprise.

I don't push low profit margin products. I'd rather sell a print for $50 profit then try to sell 10 phone cases or duvets. The sales I've gotten are just random.

David - I don't get it either but then again I'm not a young person flittering around town where one's cell phone is their life. My son bought a Chromebook for $200 and then bought stickers/skins for it that cost $20. I'm like -- what? Why add 10% to the cost of the thing?

Very nice Sharon. Good work. I've never joined pinterest because I had never seen photos linked with a website before and wasn't sure how to get them to FAA. But I see you have a link on it. Maybe I should rethink that.

Thanks for the nice comments. Pinterest works well for me at getting views to my work. Hopefully sales will follow. I use a lot of my own re-pinning and Viralwoot to get a lot more action. Time will tell...

I need to get my pintrest account going. I've sold pieces, even originals because of views from pintrest. Even a few liscencing requests.
