Painting Image Files

Hey folks, I have been wanting some advice on how to acquire the image files for my paintings. I don't know what to do since I have had my smaller paintings scanned, and put them online just fine, but I don't know what to with my big ones. I understand that some members take pics, but I don't know to to take a satisfactory photo. Any suggestions would be more than welcome.

I take multiple scans and stitch them together with editing software. The trick is to erase the seams properly...

Hi Elijah, welcome aboard. Depending on the size, you can take your paintings in & have them scan them in quarters & then "stitch" together.

If you don't know how to photograph, try your local Staples or print shop for scanning.
