A Message To Sunnyvale, California

Dear Sunnyvale Visitor:

I am so pleased that you visit my artwork nearly every day! It's wonderful to have an art lover like you.

I'm surprised you haven't bought anything yet. You know, you can have any one of my artworks for viewing day and night on your wall. I'll even give you a discount - use code KFMXEM on your order.

You know, Halloween is just around the corner. My artwork "The House in The Woods" would make a great card for your Halloween giving.
Looking forward to your order.

** Mary Lee Dereske

ps. get your artwork NOW before the other art lover from New York buys it all! They're checking my site every day, too!

Some visitors from Outer Limits with real address in Sunnyvale are virtual guests to FAA since last century.
Do not expect to much from ghosts.

Love that, Mary Lee -- good stuff! :-)

I need to compose something similar for my repeat 'friends' from the Czech Republic!

Viktor: Maybe the ghosts would like my "House in The Woods" picture! Or at least contact me to find out if it's available for living, as it looks quite ghostly. I expect you're right, though, it could be too much to expect.

Wendy, the Czechs hardly ever visit me, but someone in China has visited my "Profusion of Tulips" about 1000 times. Perhaps I should write a note for them!

Borger, Texans pay attention! China is very interested lately!

Uh-oh, I see a bidding war between Borger and China! Wonder if Kiez wants a piece of that action?

Beverly Hills is my most frequent visitor. I'm still waiting for the bidding war. I think it will be coastal. New York vs. Beverly Hills.

Hey don't knock Kiez - they visited yesterday and bought a print!

I'm planning to visit Kiez and see if someone in the town would organize a festival around my photography. I believe it hangs in every home. I will try to slip quietly into town as I don't want to create a mob scene when I am recognized.

If bots bought art, I'd be rich

Add Palo Alto. That's been my most frequent visitor lately. Second is probably Beverly Hills, then New York.

The problem with talking to inanimate software, is they seldom talk back.

@Ed - Maybe if we use a Ouija board?

Prague . . . are you here? Can you give us a sign?

;-)

I thought you were serious - I would be - even if you are not - for me - I want those NY folks to sit up and take notice - there are enough of them to get a bidding war going.

You guys are too funny! And Heather, that knocks my socks off that someone from Kiez bought your art! Not that your art was bought (it deserves to be) but that there are REAL people in Kiez whose names are other than "bot".

Then again, perhaps the bots are starting to buy!!!

Guangzhou China has sure been interested in this old, nondescript image. It went from a least viewed to my most viewed image sometime this month. Weird that it's getting so much activities from bots.

If Guangzhou, China were a buyer, I would be rolling in cash right now!
This one has 2196 visits, probably 2100 from China!

Here's the saddest thing... I get so many bot views that I have just begun assuming *every* view I get is from a bot.

And then I looked at the visitor list for this one showing below ... and only ONE visit appear to be from my regular bot followers! I was so surprised and grateful!

But it's pretty sad when you just assume it's all bots visiting you.
