yes...grrrrr. this issue constantly cropping up is no longer funny. it gets resolved, then it comes back over and over and over......It's just not funny anymore.
I've had friends send me links, to look at their work and critique and really couldn't since the green box wasn't working.Tried tonight and had to click about 5 times and then sometimes a green box image would work.
Not a big issue for me or my friends, but I would imagine, buyers would give up after a click or two,
It seems to work better along the fringes of the image and get worse the closer you get to the middle. As was said before, this is a long time problem and been mentioned frequently over the past two years especially.
Yes this has been "chronic",much like most of my body!!! I would hope something that helps buyers see our Art, a tool, at the very least, should work all the time.
The high resolution box is soooooooo undependable that I have it turned off on the majority of my images, in my opinion it looks poor to a buyer to have a non-functioning action.
Yes Iv'e been constantly clicking on one part of an image and it won't show up but will on another area. I Am wondering whether to turn the feature off as it might be a bit annoying to a potential buyer if they can't get it to work as well as us.
I sent an inquiry to help regarding this issue and have gotten no response. I sent again. Have gotten no response.
Then I found your post. I wonder why I got no response. Seems that Fine Art America has no answers or doesn't want to admit to a bug.
It's been this way since forever and it's obviously not going to be fixed. If I could, I'd just disable it across the board but I don't think there's a way to do it, except image-by-image.
