Editing Images

Is anyone else having problems editing images? I have just tried to add a couple of images to another gallery and the edit just hangs. When I go back into the image now it has stripped a load of information including my pricing.

I have reported the matter to support but as my last few e-mails to them have gone unanswered I do not hold out any hope of getting a reply.

I see no tickets from you in Technical Support answered or waiting from the past week. Are you sending to Customer Support by accident? They will take a while as they are dealing with print sales only

Hi Isabella,

I have been sending them to support-tickets- at - fineartamerica.com

The problem seems to have sorted itself out now as I have managed to amend them this morning.

I do seem to be having an intermittent problem with e-mails from FAA too. A few days ago someone was sending me PMs and I did not receive notifications and also, I did not receive a notification that you had responded to this post.

That happened to me too. I tried to replace an image and it never completed. Clearing cookies helped once then it happened again. I figured I'd try again tomorrow.

If you have bought a print its customer support
anything to do with your account or adding work, or social area stuff is technical support
