Question About Contests...

Has anyone experienced entering a contest and when the contest starts you have no entry? Really don't think it was removed by the administrator because it met all the guidelines. I also saw the entry in with the other images, so I know it posted. This has happened more than once and I was wondering if anyone else has had the same thing happen? Is it appropriate to ask the contest administrator? Appreicate any input!
