Photography has been part of my life since receiving my first camera a Kodak Brownie when I was still in grammar school. When I was a teenager my father taught me the fundamentals of photography including all of the darkroom techniques. For several years I have read the publications and studied the work of many outstanding photographers: Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, Robert Capra, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Dorothea Lange and others.
