The Yacht Club of Maracaibo served on Thursday, as a cultural host that received 55 wooden horses made under the original concept from artists and designers from different countries to be auctioned. The benefit from this auction will be send to the Society of Friends of Children's Specialty Hospital.
During the event, called "Subastarte 2012, Trojans Heart", the pieces were displayed in the lobby of the club, where marabinos and art connoisseurs could appreciate and evaluate the aesthetic and emotional content of the work.
Painting techniques, pieces of crayons, clocks, buttons, necklaces and even dolls were used by the participants, among them Ana Maria Nava, Hans Yaeggy, Mario Hill, Oscar D'Empaire, Francisco José Luis Angarita Bellorin and, among other .
