“Story” is an exhibition that recounts Melissa D. Johnston’s journey in healing childhood trauma by weaving together personal narrative, visual art and mini-fairy tales. Night 1 relates to the beginning of her journey. Be sure to join us also for the continuation of the journey in Night 2 (December 15) and Night 3 (January 19).
“Story” features work from her Eternal Childhood series. Each visual piece is accompanied by a fable. OTPH hosts each reception with Johnston giving a narrative introduction to each part of the “story,” and a reading of the fables.
