Power In Wonder - Coastal Reflections

Silverstar Fine Art is new to Fine Art America but not new to the art of photography. We would like to welcome you to our gallery. We have a great passion for roots photography. Although we have gone away from the dark room, our printing skills and approach to digital photography stems from our roots in film. Silverstar Fine Art uses no tricks or cheap filters, our images may be raw but show the passion to make our images as natural as possible.
For our first press release we would like to open with an image called Coastal Reflections. A summer camp trip to the Oregon coast turned cold and foggy leaving a great opportunity to photograph our beautiful Pacific Ocean.
This is a favorite print which let's the mind wander through the foggy reflection over and over again - Coastal Reflections is a very peaceful yet powerful image bringing harmony, balance and curiosity to it's viewers. Full of deep color, shadow and reflection it is hard to not reflect within ourselves while enjoying it's wonder.
Eyes start on the sea horizon and move up to the sun spot through the fog then move left to the edge, down to the sand then through circling back. It is not long before the mind is lost and you forget you're looking at the ocean.
