M-DOWA Includes Flanigan Among Awards

The Mason-Dixon Outdoor Writers Association - MDOWA awarded Tim Flanigan first place in the Pete Greer Memorial Award for the Best Published Outdoor Photograph. The winning image was "Drumming Grouse" published by the Ruffed Grouse Society in their 2014 calendar. The awards were presented at the organization's annual spring conference held in April, 2015 in Bedford, PA.
