Description
The original is a watercolor on postcard (which can be framed) mixed with a bit of tempera.
The painting shows a typical romantic winter scene with a lot of snow and a wooden hut/house/cottagel in the middle, surrounded by snow covered needle trees such as fir and spruce /European spruce.
You can guess it is a typical European motif/motive/theme: it is located in the area of the German Alps.
The warmth in the inner on the one side is in opposite to the colderness and ice outside.
You may open the door and enter to get this warm feeling of security.
It is a typical scene which you might find on Christmas/x-mas .
With this painting you bring this wonderful feeling into your house. Also,looking at it you may think of your last or prospective vacation in the mountains.
You can use it also as a Christmas card to send your wishes to all your friends and family.
