Description
The Cosy First and Last Inn Cornwall
Lands End Cornwall is the extreme westerly point on the mainland of England. The First & Last Inn in Sennen Churchtown, Lands End is famous for it's loction as the last public house if you are heading west and the first if you are heading east. In the 17th century The First And Last was infamous for being the home of smugglers and ship wreckers. St Sennen Church is dedicated to St Sinninus but has also been dedicated to St John the Baptist. There has been a church here since at least the 15th century so pre dates the Inn

Terri, Great find and beautiful capture love the great details and how clear this photo is the way you can make out the stones in the wall of the building and the great depth this photo has to it. Remarkable clarity and perfect angle to photograph this at, fav, voted, google and tweet promoted

Very humorous capture the bar next to the church. Feels like New Jersey, be right at home here. v
