Looks fantastic hung on my blue accent wall, and is much admired by my friends. I wish the size I purchased was still available because one of my friends really wants to purchase this picture with the same cooper frame choice.

Artist's Description
A long deserted farm house, resting her old bones in the warmth of a summer afternoon, thinks back over the many years she's stood solidly in her field. How many sunny days she has left, she doesn't know ... but it's not important. What's important is the joy of the day ... the breezes that tickle the weeds ... that play with the fluffy white clouds ... and blow through her open windows and doors ... and bring the freshness of the day into her heart.

(To me, this image is about acceptance and peace ... and living in the moment. The obvious would be to say death and dying, but that's not really it at all.)
This image is hand-painted, digitally, and very loosely based on one of my own exclusive and original photographic images captured somewhere along Pennsylvania's Route 30 in July of 2009. Created in Corel Painter with a variety of brushes with a Wacom tablet and the art pen.
NOT created by using AI - Artificial Intelligence.

I enjoy adding to my love of photography by tinkering with computer art programs including Photoshop, Corel Painter, Rebelle and others , though I do not use Ai / Artificial Intelligence. I also love working completely freehand with no photo reference involved. All of which is allowing me to circle back to a semblance of my days of sketching and painting traditionally. Please be aware that we are currently experiencing a glitch in our system. The images in...

Lois, This alluring image tugs at my heartstrings. Your title and description are wonderfully fitting. I love seeing old abandoned structures that survive their originally intended purpose. I like to picture the presence of the people who once lived in these buildings and how they went about their daily chores… So much to imagine here! Love it! L&F
