A "Paint Over created by Bob Johnston... Took a very old image photographed with my Nikon F2 in about 1970-71, and printed it in our 18x Printer. Then, painted over the image which was faded, and lacking in color with Acrylic Paint....

The park's central feature is the Grand Canyon, a gorge of the Colorado River, which is often considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. The park covers 1,217,262 acres (1,902 sq mi; 4,926 km2) of unincorporated area in Coconino and Mohave counties.
For thousands of years, the Grand Canyon has been continuously inhabited by Native Americans who built settlements within the canyon and its many caves.
