October Rose by Karen Cook - I have been waiting for this last rosebud to open, checking it constantly.
This particular rose bush means a great deal to me.. It was the last gift my late father gave my late mother before he passed away. When we moved into a new home built for us and my mother, the rose bush was transplanted and came with us!
Still thriving over a decade later, it begins to blossom in early summer and continues on until late Autumn.
It is my October Rose.
