This is Image 2 in a BW series of 5. It is located on Cherokee Orchard Road near the start of the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail and downtown Gatlinburg, TN. The homestead also includes a cabin just in front of this four-pen barn, a trail and a tub mill about one-half mile away from the cabin, situated on the banks of LeConte Creek. It was built by mountain farmer, Noah Bud Ogle in the late 1900s.
Information from Wikipedia - In 1977, the homestead was added to the National Register of Historic Places and is currently maintained by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
