My painting of "Mystic Moonlight" is inspired by one of my favorite painters, "Christian Reise Lassen". I have a deep affinity for all of God's creatures, but I feel especially close to the creatures of the ocean. I have always aspired to be a great painter like Christian, and so many others who, also use their painting as a medium to express themselves and are able to send a message. I believe it was Christian's mission, as it is mine, to show the beauty of this world in a way that also expresses the importance of our responsibility to protect it, and all of it's inhabitants. " Mystic Moonlight " depicts the mystical magnetic power and light that the moon emits over the waters of the sea. A playful dolphin comes charging out of the water trying to catch the magic.
