This is the most beautiful painting! I feel lucky and blessed that I came across it! My husband and I honeymooned in Mo’orea and we had taken many pictures in front of this church. To find that Greg Collins painted it was such a joy! We will treasure it forever!

I was super-pleased with my photo print purchase! Like many people, I’m sure, when making online purchases there’s always just a little voice of skepticism in the back of my mind. I knew I liked the image, but had to roll the dice that it would look good in person, the frame would be adequate, etc. I must say it exceeded even my hopeful expectations! First of all, the packing was stellar. The photo print did look great in person, and the framing was WAY better than I was expecting! It was ready to go with a sturdy hanging wire already in place. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I don’t have a photo of it on my wall! I did, however, open and inspect it before wrapping it and re-shipping (in the same stellar packing!). I would easily recommend FineArtAmerica and will happily shop with them again in the future…worry free!

Moonlight filters down through storm clouds and shines on the snow. The mountains are in Strathcona Provincial Park, a vast wilderness area in central Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
A little about me:
I'm Canadian, born and raised in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia,with a long career in radar,communications,and computers.Retired at 74. Scion of a Grand Banks schooner captain and a merchant mariner,I love the ocean. I started using 35mm.color in 1950.Favourite camera was an Exakta Varex.Switched to digital around 1998. My favourite themes are the sea, oceans, coastal, villages, water, lakes, mountains, wildlife, sky, clouds, flowers, forests, the National Parks such as Cape Breton Highlands, Waterton, Banff, Jasper, Yoho, Glacier, Mt. Robson, Kootenay, Strathcona, historic sites, Nova Scotia, nature, scenery, landscapes, seascapes, birds and many more. I've written magazine illustrating them with my own photos. I love photographing whatever appeals to me...
