I'm Canadian, born and raised in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia,with a long career in radar,communications,and computers.Retired at 74. Scion of a Grand Banks schooner captain and a merchant mariner,I love the ocean. I started using 35mm.color in 1950.Favourite camera was an Exakta Varex.Switched to digital around 1998. My favourite themes are the sea, oceans, coastal, villages, water, lakes, mountains, wildlife, sky, clouds, flowers, forests, the National Parks such as Cape Breton Highlands, Waterton, Banff, Jasper, Yoho, Glacier, Mt. Robson, Kootenay, Strathcona, historic sites, Nova Scotia, nature, scenery, landscapes, seascapes, birds and many more. I've written magazine illustrating them with my own photos.
