This is a monochromatic detail of the wonderful, classic Spanish Colonial architecture from Mission San Xavier del Bac; specifically the flying buttress supporting the south bell tower. The Mission is a well known Tucson landmark, and has been in continuous use as an active congregation for the Tohono O'Odham Nation since the early 18th century.
