Down an old country road. Through the farm fields a well-worn dirt path leads through the old wooden gate.
Pennsylvania Farmland. Pocono Mountains area of NEPA . Lake Ariel Region.
A peaceful morning pastoral scene filled with blue skies out in the rural countryside.
As the sun rises sending shadows across the dirt path, it is the start of a glorious day.
Down the lane from the farm this path leads through the wooden gate passed the forest woodlands down to the pastures.
Just up ahead the road, around the corner, is a favorite fishing hole. Trodden down by time, kids and bicycles - dirt roads always lead to favorite places.
The horses are let out in the morning after feeding time - and down they trot to the lower pasture. They'll be back up at that gate early evening again.
