I absolutely love this photo of Hazel. My first visit to the Smoky Mountains was in April 2017. I have been searching for a black bear photo for years and this one stole my heart. This beautiful girl was photographed the same year. I am very pleased with the canvas print!!

In the wild this Moth Orchid also known as the Phalaenopsis Orchid grows on trees in a constant moist environment. They have long flower spikes and therefore look very graceful. These type of Orchid Flowers can also add a touch of elegance and brighten any room's atmosphere. It blooms only once or twice a year and can last two to three months. Even this photo hanging in your room would look lovely and be a great conversation piece with all of it's colors, detail and beauty! I purchased this one at the local florist shop. I photographed it in my photo studio. Most people don't really see the real beauty of this beautiful flower of Nature at it's best "close up". In this photo I used a 140 Macro lens with 1 (#2) extension tube mounted on my Medium Format Rz Pro 2 Mamiya (film type) camera bringing me approximately 3" from the Orchid Flower filling up the entire frame in my view finder. Depth of field was extremely shallow about 3/4" to 1" deep! I mainly tried to sharply focus on the inn...
