When exploring galleries I tend to rely greatly upon my intuition in determining what thumbnails to open. Often you cannot really tell that much from a thumbnail and get a lovely surprise when you do see the image full size (or full size for here anyway.) This painting was a sure example of that phenomenon and I am SO glad that I clicked on it! What a gorgeous painting!!! I would love to know more about it and how you did it! It appears to me as if it's the bark of some kind of tree. The colors are heavenly and I love the flow of the composition and the texture. Just awesomely beautiful! v/f
