Shipping Proof To Help Paypal Resolve Chargeback.

Hi,
Yesterday I received my first chargeback from a customer claiming they didn't authorize the PayPal payment. They replied my emails saying their account was hacked but restored the payment through their credit card company (Discover) after recognizing their error. I contacted PayPal via phone and provided them with what they requested (shipping number) but they say they would better handle the dispute by sending Discover the original (scanned) shipping proof. I explained the product is drop shipped via FAA and I don't have such proof. Asked FAA for it but still no answer. Did it ever happened to you ? Any chances to have such document ?
Thanks!

Why are you dealing with this? Did you make the payment for them or did you sell elsewhere? They need to contact us direct otherwise.

Whatever, you need to contact Customer Support and explain how they purchased
Order number
What's happening exactly

We cannot help here I'm afraid

Hi Isabella,
the sale was through Etsy via PayPal. PayPal says that the shipping proof would be handed to Discovery to speed things up and close the dispute. I already sent them the tracking code but that wouldn't be 100% ok for Discover apparently, just because such proof wouldn't show who is the original sender is. That is what I was told by the PayPal operator.
