Your question is very vague, you have no starting point or ideas in mind? I would sit down down with pencil and paper, start doodling and sketching, see what comes to mind, what interests you, what connections can be made between images and wording, some free-form thinking to get started. Put some things together, then give it a critical look. Does it work, is it appealing, is it salable? Read and learn how to import type into your graphics/art, with graphics programs like Adobe or Inkscape. You might even be able to do that with Picassa, possibly. Look at other work for ideas and inspiration, and to see what can be done. Good luck.
