Can anyone who is selling assist me in terms of setting my markups? I have been looking at others pricing for reference, but I need to know what price range sells on here. What is fair pricing?

try putting in something and see if it sells for you. anyone can give you a list of prices, but it doesn't mean it will sell at that price. some can get away with high prices, others can't.
