Understanding Where Framed Prints Are Shipped Form - To The Uk

Hi

I wonder if anyone knows of any detailed information I can use on framed print shipping locations.

I have found this link page very helpful it tells me framed prints are manufactured in the Netherlands, not far from the UK.

Yet sometimes, when I do a dummy purchase, at checkout it tells me a framed print will be coming from the US, not Netherlands.

Netherlands delivery is massively cheaper and faster for a UK based buyer.

Is there a pattern to this, or a detailed guide anywhere.

Maybe some wood frames are only US manufactured and some US and Netherlands? Is it something like that?

I'm a bit confused being new.

I thought some of the more experienced among you may know more about this.

I'd like to be in a better postition to advise buyers, some are put off by import charges.
