Assistance In Changing My Faa Url Address Please

Hello... I have read through the FAQs and through the discussion boards regarding changing the name of my FAA URL. I sent several messages to FAA using the contact form, but no response. I learned that it is "Abbie" that can help with this. Abbie, can you help me get this accomplished?

What address do you want?

It is http://rachel-knight.fineartamerica.com at present. No capital letters or full stops (.) and must be under 20 characters

Thanks so much for the rapid response. Yes, that's exactly what I want it to be--http://Rachel-Knight.fineartamerica.com. But under "Behind the Scenes" under web site it was still showing as: teri-franks.artistwebsites.com. Not sure if that's because you just changed it or what. I also tried to access my profile page, but it keeps looping back to the main FAA page.

Okay... I just refreshed and it all looks okay now under Behind the Scenes and I can access the profile page! Except under "Profile Page" when I click on "Website" it goes to the home page of Fine Art America instead of the new URL. Maybe it's just me...or maybe it takes a while to update.
