as Jessica said. Go to your site and then your images. Click on an image that you want to "edit" and then when the image comes up, click on "edit image" and that will take you to the page where you can edit the image, title, keywords,etc. And then further down, you'll see a list of ALL the galleries you have set up and then just click on or off the box, next to the gallery name.
Some things here will take to wait overnight, to have the changes seen, so if you don't see it right away, should be there tomorrow, but I think this is instant.
