Need Verification On Duck Id Please

I'm about 95% sure this is a baby (young) male Ruddy Duck. Can anyone verify if I'm correct or not? Thanks!

The males are a hoot to watch during breeding season. If I was a girl duck I'd be laughing too hard to get in the mood.
