Exporting From Lightroom

This may of been asked before but!

What's the best way to export from lightroom in JPEG from raw? I use a canon 7d mk2, shoot raw only. I export at 93 to 100% quality, limit to 24000k, Srgb, I leave the 300 PPI, Is this the best way? still leaning here.

I go pretty much as you do expect that I always leave the quality at 100% with no sharpening on the exported jpegs.

For posting images on FAA, I do 100% quality, 300ppi, sRGB and leave the file the size it was originally (up to 25MB). Also use FAA's watermark.

Now to upload images to my personal sites is a way different story: 60-70% quality, 600px long side, 72ppi, sRGB and file size no more than 60kB (that's right kilobytes). No watermark

Thanks guys, I've noticed that the files from the camera ranges 21 and onwards in MB, after going through lighroom and do similar to you the sizes of the JPEGs range from 8 to 18 MB depending on how much detail is in the images.

I've just looked again no cropping and the JPEG is 7.5 mb. so not sure why or is this normal from raw to JPEG?

Not sure if this is pertinent or helps but I set up a Hard Drive Service in lightroom to change the raw file to jpeg, resize it, put my WM on it, and strip out my metadata except for copyright info. Then I just have to drag the file to the HD service and click publish.
