Artistwebsites Custom Domain Help

I have a premium membership through FAA. I also bought a custom domain, it is www.awpaints.com For some reason, www.awpaints.com is working, but awpaints.com is redirecting to fineartamerica.com. I have looked through the tutorials on how to setup the IP, DNS, CName, but I still don't know what I am doing wrong. Is this a FAA issue or an issue with the site that I bought my domain from? I bought it at Name.com Please help!
