Sales Glitch? - Please Help!

Today I was blessed to have received 4 orders from a wonderful customer in CO. They got one photo then came back and got three more 3 hours later. The first one is fine and is showing in my sales tab. The others were showing as well and then all of a sudden the last three disappeared from behind the scenes. The balance from them is gone as well. What should I do? I contacted the customer and they did not cancel the order, so I am thinking it was either a glitch or the photos could not be printed? If so, I did not receive any additional emails about trouble printing or canceled orders. I still have the sale emails and the sales link still works from the email. So weird! Thanks in advance!

Check your balance tab it will more than likely show they were canceled if they are gone now..

 

Hope they work it out for you, Shelby; any kind of sales glitch is a nightmare!

Also, big congratulations -- I'd call four sales a banner day! :-)

Andee, the profit from the last 3 are gone. I contacted the buyer and he said that he did not cancel them... It is like nothing ever happened with the last three. I never got any sort of notification that they were canceled or that they coudnt be printed....

Probably not a glitch.

Look at the balance part of the behind the scenes, not sales. What it will likely show is that they were cancelled before shipment. When that happens, they vanish from your sales tab but the balance tab will show the cancellation. It is likely that they changed there mind on the three but ordered three more.

Oh that is different if you know the buyer. I had that happen and the Balance area under description it said 'canceled before shipped' That is also the place to look for 'returned' ones too.

You are right, JC, it does say they are canceled before shipment. I just asked the buyer (because he said he loved the photos and wanted to get them) just to make sure he didn't do anything. He said he never touched anything and that he got the receipt and everything. He says to tell you - "Tell them this is the 3rd screw up. Two with Parker and now this." He also got some of Parker's prints :) Haha!

Yeah, if you know the buyer, that may be different.

Is this something you would need to talk with the buyer about? It sounds like it is a problem on his end...

He says he is just going to reorder everything.... But it would still be nice to know what happened on his end since he didn't cancel them :) Haha!
