Can I Exchange A Posted Photo With The Same Photo That Has More Megabytes?

I've noticed that I mistakenly used some resized (smaller) photos to post and would like to exchange them for the larger original photo. Can I do this without having to re-create all the details? (i.e. key words, description, etc.)

Yes you can, just go to the image and EDIT. You will be asked if you want to replace the picture. The new picture may not show up to you right away, if that happens press F5 a couple of times to clear the old memory.

Ok hold on a minute Bev, something looks different. Let me go try one of my images first.

Yes.

Click the "Edit Image" button under your photo.
Then click the "Change Image" button under your photo.
It will ask if you want to delete the existing image. Click "OK" and then upload your new replacement image.

Thanks for stepping up Shane, I sure don't remember that third option under the image which by the way deleted all information.

Yup, that works. I just replaced one yesterday where I noticed an error I had neglected to correct in a recent upload. What's nice is that you do not have to re-enter any of the details or narrative.

Thank you so much. I used Shane's method and it worked perfectly. THANK YOU!
