Tax Form?

Hello. I'm new to FAA. and while looking through the behind the scenes, I noticed there was a tax form. I'm just curious if I need to fill this out. I'm just a little curious. Is it just if you make over a certain about? Will FAA still pay me if I don't fill it out?

Yes, you are in the USA. It says on it that if in the USA you must fill it out. No you will not be paid unless you do.

I found it while I was going through the behind the scenes stuff. In the sales tab.
